Billing

The billing page shows your current plan, usage, and subscription status. You can also manage your subscription and update payment methods.

Plan and usage

The plan section shows the limits included in your subscription and how much you have used: active pipelines, standardizers (transformations), contracts, and API monitors.

Subscription management

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan, change billing frequency, and manage payment methods through the billing portal. The page also shows your renewal date (Renews on) and any scheduled tier changes (Changes to <tier> on <date>).

Upgrades and same-tier switches to annual billing are prorated immediately. Downgrades and same-tier switches to monthly billing take effect at the end of your current billing period and do not charge your card today.

Trial accounts

If your account is on a trial, the billing page shows the days remaining and the trial end date. Convert to a paid plan before the trial ends to avoid service interruption.

Updating billing details

You can update the billing email and payment method at any time. Invoices and billing notifications are sent to the billing email.
