Settings

The Settings section lets you manage your VendorGate account, team members, and billing details.

Account

In the account settings you can update your organization name and billing email. These settings apply across all resources in your account.

Teams

VendorGate supports team-based access. You can invite users and assign them roles that control what they can view and edit. The available roles are:

• Owner: full access to account, billing, and members.
• Admin: can manage resources and invite members.
• Member: read access to runs, pipelines, contracts, transformations, and monitors. Cannot modify resources or approve review runs.

Billing

The billing page shows your current plan, usage, renewal date, scheduled tier changes, and subscription status. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan, manage your subscription, and update payment methods through the billing portal.
