Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your VendorGate subscription and request a refund.

Cancellation

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time through the billing portal in your VendorGate account. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. At the end of that period, your account will be downgraded to the free tier.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal and we will issue a full refund for that billing period. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

Free tier

The free tier does not require a credit card and can be used indefinitely subject to the limits described on the pricing page.
